Bio

Soner Ersen is a London based jazz pianist and an educator. He has been taking part in various projects as a pianist, keyboardist, composer and educator.

After working as a professional pianist in the UK and Europe for over 20 years, he obtained a BA Honours in Jazz and PGCE in Music at Middlesex University. 

He has worked with UK’s leading jazz performers and educators such as Chris Batchelor, Rob Townsend, Nikki Iles, Garrett Williams and Steve Rose. He has also played with UK’s well-known jazz musicians such as Jim Mullen, Mark Mondesir, Clark Tracy, Mark Lockheart, Tony Kofi, Nigel Price and Benet Mclean. 

This year he has moved his teaching online and has been taking part in recording projects at his home studio.
